M.O.S.E. Student Programme

In 2022 we plan to launch the Most Outstanding Structural Engineering Student Training and Award Programme with the university of Trinidad & Tobago (UTT) Tarouba Campus. As one of the very few engineering consultancy firms based in south Trinidad, we propose to partner with the south based campus responsible for the training of young engineering graduates. The programme will serve two primary functions, the first being a three (3) month summer internship at Aleron Limited Head Office (similar to the now defunct “sandwich” programme once offered by the University of the West Indies) offered to a ONE (1) civil engineering second year student who is interested in majoring in structural engineering and design. The selection process will be carefully managed jointly between the UTT and Aleron to ensure the most eligible student is awarded the position.

The second tier of the programme is simply a financial award or grant to the most outstanding final year student at the UTT in the civil engineering programme with emphasis on the structural engineering option. Discussions regarding the two-tiered implementation of the M.O.S.E. student programmed with the UTT will commence in the fourth quarter of 2021.
