Cotton Hill Apartments

Featured Project – West Coast Housing Development
Location: Portsmouth, Dominica
Contractor: MMCE Development

Hone A Home: The Government of Dominica is determined to build a Hurricane Resilient Community for Dominican people to live their blissful life with peace of mind. It is their intention that every house they build after Hurricane Maria is built so that families can stay and feel safe even during adverse weathers.

The Cotton Hill Housing Project has 9 buildings in total with each having (24) two-bedroom units and (44) three-bedroom units, built with a modern and pristine design that complements the environment of Portsmouth, Dominica.

Like the other housing projects, the Cotton Hill apartments will also be constructed fully with reinforced concrete, impact-resistant windows, and solar water heating features. Currently, structures are complete for all buildings and the internal fixtures for 3 remaining structures are 50% complete.
