On Thursday 5th September, 2024, Aleron’s CEO, Brendon Inniss presented his first seminar via APETT on Masonry Design & Construction in Seismic Regions. This was the second Civil Division seminar for 2024 which had sixty-eight attendees. One professional development unit were awarded to each attendee as part of their continuing professional development record.
Brendon was also a presenter at the APETT Technical Conference (ATC 2024) held on 14 & 15 May 2024 at the Hyatt Regency which was a collaboration with he UWI St. Augustine and The University of Trinidad and Tobago. The Technical Conference themed Engineering Our Future: Green, Equitable, Intelligent and Integrated. Brendon’s presentation was titled “Quality Assurance of Structural Engineering Designs in Trinidad & Tobago”. Renowned speakers included The Honorable Pennelope Beckles-Robinson, Member of Parliament for the Constituency of Arima, and Minister of Planning and Development and Professor Clément Imbert, Professor Emeritus in Mechanical/Metallurgical/ Manufacturing Engineering of The University of the West Indies (UWI), St. Augustine.
