On Tuesday 10th December, 2024, the Honourable Minister of Sport and Community Development, Ms. Shamfa Cudjoe-Lewis, officially opened the new state of the art 2-storey reinforced concrete building for the Surrey Village, Lopinot Community Center. Also, in attendance was Member of Parliament for Lopinot/Bon Air West, Minister of Public Utilities, Marvin Gonzales.
Aleron Limited has partnered with Ramdhan Engineering Project Management and Consultancy Limited to deliver this design-build project under the FIDIC Yellow Book procurement method. The project was managed by the Urban Development Corporation of Trinidad and Tobago (UDECOTT) and had a total estimated construction budget of TT$10.7M
