Aleron is proving to be a fast-rising regional player in construction support and design services, by making significant strides across the Eastern Caribbean and Trinidad & Tobago with three landmark projects. Leading the charge is the highly anticipated Rodney Bay City Centre in Saint Lucia — a transformative mixed-use development that promises to reshape the heart of the island’s tourism and commercial hub.

Rodney Bay City Center

Aleron began construction support on the Rodney Bay City Center site in December 2024. The sod turning ceremony was held on Sunday 21st April, 2024 which was attended by St. Lucia’s Prime Minister, Hon. Phillip J Pierre and other developers. This phase is the construction of Republic Bank (EC) Limited which will be the home of RBEC Regional Headquarters and a new Rodney Bay Branch for the Bank’s Saint Lucian customers. The site will also include 122-vehicle car park as well as multiple restaurants, shops and a boardwalk. Aleron has partnered with Domhad Properties Limited for this project and it will comprise five multi-story buildings and incorporates commercial, retail, residential and recreational spaces.
